Overview
The museum’s name in Hebrew means “Havaya”– “fun” combined with “Yeda”–knowledge and it conveys it’s purpose and goal as a hand’s-on interactive educational environment. There are two parts to this museum: in one area children are encouraged to touch, operate and play with a large selection of technological appliances and inventions, and in the laboratory section, participate in challenging, investigative activities and experiments in physics and chemistry. Explore this special center designed to stimulate curiosity and fascination with the wonders of science, nature and technology.
